Reflexology sessions last for 1 hour. Your initial session will be approximately 1hr 30mins to include a full medical consultation. This gives me an understanding of your medical history, lifestyle and current conditions. This is followed by an investigatory reflexology treatment to establish any areas of imbalance within the body, after which I formulate a personal treatment plan which is carried out in subsequent treatments.
