A warm welcome to True Touch Reflexology.

I am a professionally qualified clinical reflexologist, based in Nantwich, Cheshire. I offer treatments tailored to suit individual needs, either in the comfort of their own home, or in a private, relaxing treatment room.

My interest in reflexology began many years ago whilst working as cabin crew for British Airways. I would often have reflexology treatments whilst away on trips to help with jet lag and other on-going personal health issues. As I discovered the amazing benefits, I soon developed a love and fascination of this wonderful therapy.

After leaving my flying career to become a full time Mum, my desire to learn more about Reflexology never left me. In 2015, I undertook Centralia Level 5 Diploma course at the Contemporary Reflexology College, run by Allison Walker.

This qualification is currently the highest held in the field of Reflexology in the UK .

I am a full member of the Professional Reflexology Association and the Association of Reflexology, am fully insured and hold a first aid certificate.
